Studying for the Massachusetts boater exam
Boating safety study often covers topics such as: navigation rules of the road, required safety equipment, registration basics, weather and emergencies, alcohol and drug use, and trailering or launching. We do not issue an official Massachusetts boater education card. Once you've prepared with our material, complete a course from a provider listed by Massachusetts Environmental Police to obtain your card.
